I cannot say enough about the staff at Little Elm Dentistry! From the moment you walk in you’re greeted by a familiar and friendly face! The hygienist and dental assistants (Barb and Brittany) are kind, friendly and welcoming. Dr Phen is awesome! He’s friendly, funny and compassionate! I recommend LED to all my friends, family and clients. I joke with my friends and clients that going to LED feels like a day at the spa because it’s such a wonderful experience.

I had a very difficult situation that happened with a former Dental company that left me very upset and gun shy when it comes to Dental care. It was suggested by a family member to visit Little Elm Dentristy and and Dr. Yates to see if there was something that could be done. When I went to see Dr. Yates, they not only got me a refund from the previous Dentristy they were able to help with the Dental work I needed. Barbara is an excellent assistant to Dr. Yates and I'm looking forward to seeing what the future holds for us.

Finding this dental office was heaven on earth. After years of horrible service from a previous provider that never actually had a dentist in the office, switching here was the best decision. The front desk staff is incredibly friendly, and the wait times are non-existent you don't even have time to get water or warm the seats! I also felt completely safe because I noticed the office staff sanitizing the machinery and rooms several times while I was there. I went in for my first root canal, which terrified me after hearing so many horror stories. Dr. Middleton was honest, promised me the procedure would be painless, and kept his word. I was out of the office in less than an hour! Dr. Yates was also exceptionally nice, professional, and clearly gets along with everyone in the office. To top it off, Barb is an absolute sweetheart who is always courteous and clearly loves her job. I am so happy to have this practice in our community. Finally, there is a dental office where I feel completely comfortable bringing my kids!
